Handling and Processing Times

Please allow for an extra 1-3 days after purchasing from our site before your order will be dispatched. Ideally, we want to have your order posted as soon as possible.

Shipping Status

You will be sent an email once the parcels have been dispatched and any additional information such as tracking if you have chosen this option.

PO Boxes and Freight Forwarding Services

Please contact us prior to completing an order regarding posting to a PO Box as we don't post to private boxes.

We don't post to freight forwarding services, any orders which do so, will be cancelled and refunded.

Shipping Rates

Our shipping fees are calculated when you reach the checkout. The shipping rates are based on the size and weight of the parcel. The bigger and heavier the weight of the parcel, the higher the shipping fess will be.

In some cases we may be able to give you a more personalised shipping price, in which feel free to contact us.

Signature Required

On high valued orders, we will apply a signature required upon delivery at no extra cost to you, we do this for your peace of mind.

Regrettably, neither Popculture Tengoku nor our shipping partners are able to refund or replace items that have been lost, damaged or stolen after successfully being delivered to your property.

Shipping Methods:

Economy - No-tracking

This is the cheapest shipping method which we can offer, but it is also the slowest too.

Using this shipping method has size and weight restrictions of: L/W/H of 27cm and a 2kg weight limit and can vary between country.

Orders greater than $100 in value will not be able to use this shipping method.

Unfortunately, if you choose to ship via this method, the parcel will be posted at your own risk and assume all responsibility for damaged, lost or stolen parcels.

Once the parcel has been posted, we are unable to track the parcel nor provide any insurance.

Delivery times can range from 2 - 6 weeks depending where in the world you are.

Economy Tracked

This is the second cheapest shipping method which we can offer, but it is also the slowest too, the only difference is that it comes with tracking and insurance.

Using this shipping method has size and weight restrictions of: L/W/H of 27cm and a 2kg weight limit and can vary between country.

Orders greater than $250 in value will not be able to use this shipping method.

Once the parcel has been posted, we will provide you with the relevant tracking information. We aren't able to offer signature upon delivery for this service.

Delivery times can range from 2 - 6 weeks depending where in the world you are.

In the busy period of December, we can expect delays up an extra +10-15 business days on all shipments.

Courier

Orders valued up to $2,000 can use this method, in some cases the threshold can be raised to $5,000.

The maximum weight which we can post using this service is capped at 5kg.

Once the parcel has been posted, we will provide you with the relevant tracking information. This is the recommended shipping service for high value orders as the items are shipped with insurance, we can also offer the signature upon delivery for this option.

Delivery times can range from 1 - 3 weeks on average.

In the busy period of December, we can expect delays up an extra +10-15 business days on all shipments.

Express

This is the premium shipping service which we can offer, it's for those who want their items ASAP.

The maximum weight which we can post using this service is capped at 20kg.

Once the parcel has been posted, we will provide you with the relevant tracking information. This is our other recommended shipping service for high value orders as the items are shipped with insurance, we can also offer the signature upon delivery for this option.

Delivery times can range from 1 - 2 weeks on average.

In the busy period of December, we can expect delays up an extra +10-15 business days on all shipments.

Multiple Shipments

If your order contains both in-stock and pre-ordered items, the items will be shipped out individually.

Unfortunately, we don't have the additional room to store orders until they can be combined together, we aim to change this in the future.

Import Duties, Taxes and Fees

Orders shipped internationally may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and or other fees by the destination country. These fees are calculated when the package reaches the country of destination and are the responsibility of the recipient(s) to pay these fees.

We do not account for paying any import taxes, levies, duties or any other associated fees which the recipient may encounter when purchasing and or importing goods from us. Nor do we offer any refunds, or reimbursements for any of these fees.

Customs fees, import taxes and any other associated fees regarded when importing goods vary from country to country, we do not have any control over them, it's therefore recommended to contact your local customs office for more information.

Customs Clearance

International shipments may be subject to inspection by customs or postal services. If your parcel undergoes an inspection, your parcel will be opened, and in rare cases, individual products/packaging may be further opened for inspection.

In the event of this happening, the item(s) may be repacked in a different manor as to how we do when we ship your goods, we understand that this is frustrating, but we do not have any control over this process and can't be held responsible or guarantee that your item(s) will be delivered in the same condition which they were originally posted. Should you encounter any problems with your local customs, we suggest that you contact them.

We don't offer any refunds, reimbursements for any import duties, taxes or associated fees which you may encounter when importing and or purchasing goods from us. This also includes if customs have disposed of your shipment due failing to pay for any of the associated fees. We will not refund any of the products or shipping costs.

When ordering from us, you are responsible for assuring that any product you import will comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country.
